What areas do we Deliver to?

At present we deliver to Rhodes Corporate park, Sydney Olympic Park, North Strathfield and Macquarie Park/ North Ryde.

 

How do I Order?

Simply choose your meal and  use our online order form or call/ email us a day before you choose to have your meal delivered next day.

 

How Early Do I Order?

Orders need to be placed by 3 pm the day before.

 

How will I know that I have successfully placed an order?

 We will send you an email to confirm that we have received your order with details about the ordered items. If you do not receive a confirmation regarding your order please call or email us to check.

 

How do I pay for my order?

We only accept cash on delivery at the moment.

 

How long do I have to wait for my order?

We can not guarantee the exact time but  your meals will be delivered between 11:00 am to 1:00 pm on the day.

 

How many days do we operate?

For Daily Lunch and Corporate Catering we operate Monday – Friday. We are closed on all NSW Public Holidays.
For Indian Catering we operate 7 days a week.

 

What if I have Special Needs?

We would be glad to discuss and work around any special need or requirements you may have.

 

Are there nut traces in my food?

Yes there may be traces of nuts in your food.

 

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you may cancel your order by 7 pm prior to the day of  delivery by sending us an email.

 

Can I make changes to my order?

Yes, you may change your order by 7 pm prior to the day of the delivery by sending us an email.

 

What Containers do you use?

 We use Certified, Eco-friendly microwaveable containers for all our hot food . The salads and salad dressing will be packed separately in salad containers.
